Placing an Order

All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by V Club.

Price Variation

V Club may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes or mistakes. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to V Club, which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

Payment
Payment can be made using Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex)

Delivery Instructions and Time Frames
Orders can be picked up in person at V Club. It takes approximates 2~3 business days for confirmation of purchase. Once the payment is confirmed, you are required to bring proof of purchase and sign for the receipt of the purchased products.

Exchange & Refund
Products
We do refund or exchange at point of pick-up only. After pick-up we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. In case of faulty products, a full refund will be given when accompanied by original proof of purchase.

Courses
We do not refund for any of the courses purchased. However, the course purchased can be transferred to another person.

Personal Training

We do not refund for any of the personal training sessions purchased. However, complete package purchased can be transferred to another person as long as no sessions have been used.

Memberships

We do not refund for memberships purchased. However, the membership can be transferred to another person as long as it has not been activated.

NOTE: Strictly no shared sessions, courses or memberships allowed at any time. There are no refunds or transfers on unused portions of Personal Training, Courses or Memberships.
