PILATES MAT
Mat classes are the most simple and fundamental form of Pilates. Using your own body weight and gravity, class will focus mainly on developing your core strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

At first sight, the Pilates Reformer Bed can be an intimidating looking piece of equipment. Gears, straps, springs and pulleys!
Despite the somewhat ‘medieval look’, the Reformer Bed is actually an amazingly elegant machine.
The Reformer Bed provides an effective exercise resistance that allows the participant to exercise with a right body alignment, and core stability.
To get started in this amazing class, register for a Beginner's Reformer Course. After which you will feel much more comfortable when you attend your first Pilates Reformer Bed class.
