BACKGROUND
I have recently returned to Sydney after spending two years working as a Club Professional Tennis Coach and Personal Trainer in Hong Kong at the Ladies Recreation Club.
I spent my late teens and early 20’s playing professional tennis in Australia, Asia and Europe, where I spent 3 seasons playing professional league tennis in Germany.
My knowledge of tennis allowed me to move into a coaching role which I have done both full time and part time for the past 10 years in the cities of London, Dortmund, Hong Kong and Sydney.
My interest in the fitness industry stems from keeping a healthy lifestyle and also working in a similar role through coaching where health and performance are paramount in achieving success.
Coaching has also allowed me to see the value of having professional guidance to help individuals achieve specific goals. People are much more likely to achieve their own success when supported and motivated by an external party.
