FIGHT FIT
FASTEST WAY ON THE PLANET TO GET FIT!
Martial Arts have been around for a long time but at V Club we have created a Mixed Martial Arts program called Fight Fit which introduces people of all fitness levels to this great sport. This contact class is the ultimate cardio workout while engaging in an art that teaches you coordination, power, core strength, flexibility, breathing and self awareness. Fight Fit includes punches, kicks, elbows and knees and is taught to you in easy progressive steps that match your skill.
The class involves pairing up with someone of similar ability. You will be provided with Thai Pads and are required to bring in your own gloves, although if you are just starting out we are happy to loan you pair. Together you will hold pads and perform a series of simple yet effective combinations and movements that will challenge your endurance, strength and co-ordination.
The program has been developed by Master Trainer Matt Spooner who trains professional sports teams like the Waratahs, West Tigers and National Muay Thai Champion, Andrew Berridge.
